Clown Actor Workshop in London

Come and play for 4 hours, on Wednesday 5th April, 12 noon to 4 pm. I’ll be in town with Dame June Bloom, performing in the evening, so I’d love to spend some time exploring all aspects of our creativity. From Red Nose to classical Shakespeare performance, who nose better (or whose knows is better?) than the clown how to play? Bring a text, a story, a song, an instrument, an idea or just bring yourself. Oh yes! Because you can never have enough ways to warm up, and to challenge yourself to understand why the Warm Up is essential. Why warm up? Why not just rock up to class, or rehearsal, or the performance and just do the thing? Travel Plans 2014

I am so excited I am almost beside myself.  If there were two of me, we would be jumping up and down and hugging each other. But since it’s just me, myself and I, we will all three of us settle down and share the news. The actual travel dates are not yet finalised, but this is roughly my itinerary: Brisbane to Seattle – mid-June Seattle to New York – late-June-July New York to Liverpool, UK – mid-August Liverpool to Au Brana, France – mid-September then back to Brisbane. Here is the latest review to pop on iTunes for the Being in Voice warmup app: Fantastic, well explained, fun to use ★★★★ by superhevs – Version 1.03 – Jul 27, 2013 My partner and I went through the mini vocal warm up together while making breakfast. It certainly relaxed us both, noticeably improved our voices and made us laugh. If there is one thing I would suggest to improve the app, it would be visual references. Having an illustration or photo to check against as you complete the exercises would be helpful especially if the user is new to these sort of exercises.The Capital Yoga apps I feel have achieved this well and maybe a useful reference.
